The system consists of several modules and features that incorporate multiple land management aspects into one complex yet user-friendly tool powered by a Property, Rights and Exploration Manager, an Advanced Filter, a Jurisdiction and Calendar Manager and a GIS component with a Map Viewer.

The Property Manager: accurately maintains properties for pre-acquisition research and post-acquisition evaluation of changes
The Rights Manager: manages mineral rights to ensure compliance with obligations
The Calendar Manager: is a robust notification system which sets due dates and alerts for events. It includes a calendar, and email and bulletin board notifications
The Advanced Filter: represents a highly personalized and powerful query engine for real-time online reporting based on a dynamic data model, while the Jurisdiction Manager is a key and versatile module for customizing the business object fields and their attributes, in order to control the display of information related to Rights, Properties, Permits/Agreements and Work Programs in the interface
The Exploration Manager : provides detailed reporting of field activities, resources, results and expenditures to meet work requirements and partnership obligations.
The GIS module contains a Map Viewer that provides visually informative displays of geospatial and mineral tenure data and valuable property characteristics.
